Campden and Chorleywood Food Research Association (CCFRA) enhances their Consumer and Sensory Sciences Services using SpinnakerPro email communication and SensorPro online survey solutions.
Friday, 09th July 2004, UK. Intellegentia Ltd has today announced that it has delivered an integrated solution to CCFRA to enable them to directly recruit, contact and survey candidates as part of their consumer market research services.
The solution uses SensorPro to capture online lifestyle information from consumers who have agreed to provide their details. The information, which is integrated fully with the SpinnakerPro Email marketing solution, is then used to select survey candidates who meet CCFRA client’s criteria for each research project. The process is streamlined using the advanced segmentation capabilities of SpinnakerPro to select and communicate with consumers.
