One of our clients requested some background research into their customer base in order to formulate a sales strategy from the results. Intellegentia used SensorPro to create an on-line survey which gives us the capability to view all the results on-line. They helped us to correctly set expectations on response levels with our client, and monitored the progress for us. We were able to provide the client with a quick turnaround and detailed analysis of their customers needs and wishes.
We also use Intellegentia’s email marketing to create pre-event marketing collateral. Knowing that only those who have not registered for an event will receive the reminders, and that those who have opted out will not receive any further emails, has reduced our administration challenge considerably.
